Cost Management: One of the key drivers of any project is ensuring that budgets established are achieved. Our team manage the budgets including approval of payments to all parties involved in the project.

Programme Management: Essentially all projects need to be managed to ensure they achieve the timelines agreed. We can define the overall programme, including providing services to monitor or manage same, with suggestions on how any lost time can be recovered.

Project Audit: We can also offer a service to quickly asses the health of any construction project at any stage with our team of specialists.

The Process

We have extensive experience in all stages of the development & construction process.

Project Definition and Initiation

Most clients have a clear vision of what is required but lack the expertise to realise their vision in house. We can in most cases identify in an initial meeting the process required. We would be pleased to meet with you to explore your needs & suggest a way forward in achieving your vision.

Feasibility or Front End Study

Once clients have identified a project they need to define a process for progressing the scheme. Invariably a number of constraints have to be considered. In the feasibility stage it is our intention to address these issues & compile a master appraisal that will identify cost & programme constraints for client consideration & approval. This will include the identification & appointment of any other specialist consultants, suppliers & contractors.

Scheme Design

Once the decision has been given to proceed, we can manage the process to fix the design to the clients requirements already defined. This stage will confirm that the decisions made at the feasibility stage can be met. It is also important in this stage to identify what is important to the clients operation and must be met.

Detail Design & Approvals

Now the design is developed further to seek any outside approvals necessary as well as definition of the project to allow procurement of specialists to take place.

Procurement & Construction

We will identify the most suitable form of contract & procurement then manage the build process to completion.

Client Occupation and Use, Facilities Management

Following handover we can also assist in the smooth occupation, including monitoring and managing any defects during the defects liability period. We also offer services to procure and manage the appointment of maintenance contracts and contractors.
