I have known Keith for many years both through his work with Enterprise Property Group as well as more recently when he has been an integral part to our development teams at both Shoreditch Village and Bicester Heritage.
At Bicester Heritage Keith has been responsible for design and construction team coordination and programming. He has successfully guided us through Phase 1 of a complicated restoration project that comprises 350,000 sq ft of the redundant WWII airfield formerly RAF Bicester. The project is turning the site into the UK first dedicated Historic Motoring and Aviation business park. Phase 2 is now underway.

Shoreditch Village is a 150,000 sq ft mixed use scheme in central London. The project comprises a 216 room Hotel partnered with CitizenM, offices, retail and residential. Keith has been a key part of the team providing essential project management and construction input into the planning and pre-construction process. The project goes on site this summer.
Keith is highly experienced, reliable and most importantly good fun to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending his services…as long as he still has time for us!!

Keith Miller has performed impressively at the planning, project management and fit out stages of the Innovation building at Whitechapel. His communication skills and attention to detail have been critical in managing the tricky interface between the university through Queen Mary Innovation as the client and the various companies involved in delivering the project. Personally it has been a pleasure to work with Keith and our appreciation of his skills are that we have also involved him in project managing our latest development at Whitechapel, the refurbishment of the ARC building.

It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Keith Miller who was the project manager for the development of the national Centre for Bowel Research and Surgical Innovation at Barts and The London. Keith was instrumental in bringing this project to fruition. This was a complex project that required bringing together a variety of professionals and organisations to establish a first rate centre to deliver high quality laboratory and clinical research. The laboratory facilities created by Keith and his team are of the highest quality enabling the centre to perform internationally competitive research.
