I have known Keith for many years both through his work with Enterprise Property Group as well as more recently when he has been an integral part to our development teams at both Shoreditch Village and Bicester Heritage.
At Bicester Heritage Keith has been responsible for design and construction team coordination and programming. He has successfully guided us through Phase 1 of a complicated restoration project that comprises 350,000 sq ft of the redundant WWII airfield formerly RAF Bicester. The project is turning the site into the UK first dedicated Historic Motoring and Aviation business park. Phase 2 is now underway.
Shoreditch Village is a 150,000 sq ft mixed use scheme in central London. The project comprises a 216 room Hotel partnered with CitizenM, offices, retail and residential. Keith has been a key part of the team providing essential project management and construction input into the planning and pre-construction process. The project goes on site this summer.
Keith is highly experienced, reliable and most importantly good fun to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending his services…as long as he still has time for us!!
Keith Miller has performed impressively at the planning, project management and fit out stages of the Innovation building at Whitechapel. His communication skills and attention to detail have been critical in managing the tricky interface between the university through Queen Mary Innovation as the client and the various companies involved in delivering the project. Personally it has been a pleasure to work with Keith and our appreciation of his skills are that we have also involved him in project managing our latest development at Whitechapel, the refurbishment of the ARC building.
You have been integral to this team and I would like to thank you for your input since your initial appointment in 2000 and, i trust, your continued support as a key consultant over the next phase of EPGLs’ expansion. You have provided a depth of knowledge in project and construction management second to none and the common sense approach to deliver, backed up by significant technical knowledge is a credit to your training and experience.
Your positive approach and management skills have been of great benefit to the success of the projects you have been involved in and I look forward to continue working with you on the portfolio of projects.
May I also take this opportunity to thank you for the service you have provided to some of our key shareholders in assisting with their own projects, following my recommendation, this being an example of how highly I rate your abilities.
I have no hesitation in recommending your company and would be happy to act as a reference to new clients should you so wish.
Keith Miller worked along side T-Systems UK Ltd on the design, cost and fit out of our primary Data Centre in South West England 2011.
We would like to offer a sincere recommendation for Keith Miller on any up and coming construction projects and also express out desire to once again to work with him on any future projects of this type. Keith worked extremely well with many of our suppliers as the lead consultant and project manager, acting as a true ally and team member with a view to bringing a difficult project from the conception process through to construction.
Keith displayed the rare ability of a developer to not only complete a fast moving business deal, but to keep a very diverse team focused on the end project.
Over that time you have provided project, cost and programme management services on a vast range of our projects from the Innovation Centre with its laboratories to office refurbishments. There has not been a single individual or entity that has covered so much of our programme in terms of value or range of buildings. Our repetitive use of you is testimony to the quality of your delivery and dependability. On more than one occasion you had to step in and undertake audit of the project to rapidly stop time, cost and quality going wrong. I would happily commend your services to other prospective clients.
It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Keith Miller who was the project manager for the development of the national Centre for Bowel Research and Surgical Innovation at Barts and The London. Keith was instrumental in bringing this project to fruition. This was a complex project that required bringing together a variety of professionals and organisations to establish a first rate centre to deliver high quality laboratory and clinical research. The laboratory facilities created by Keith and his team are of the highest quality enabling the centre to perform internationally competitive research.
As Director of the Centre I can honestly say that without Keith’s dedication and organisation skills this project would never have been completed on time and within budget. I have the highest regards for Keith’s abilities and recommend him highly to you.
