This attractive development of a former Barnardos Children’s home presented many challenges. A listed building that had been unused for some years and suffering structural damage needed to be restored and a use found that would make development viable. MCS were involved with this development from initial identification of the site in 2001,

then Project Manager assisting in managing various appraisals looking at the site viability for residential development. Once the assisted living option was selected worked with the client to develop scheme for planning then appointed by JV to act as Contract Administrator for the entire development.
