Loft apartments, Listed Building, Restoration, Conversion, Inner city development.

This listed building within the centre of Leicester had remained empty for some years. MCS were appointed to do an initial appraisal of the design. This resulted in a total redesign resulting in a reduction of circulation space,

increasing the amount of apartments, major redesign of M&E systems making the development not only viable but very successful for the developer. MCS were then retained to provide both Project and Site Management to completion.
