Repeat client, international project.

One of our clients manages the property portfolio of several associated companies throughout the world. One of the group, Investa Metale had purchased a site in Poland as part of their expansion and we were commissioned to appoint consultants and look at the overall viability of the scheme.

After detailed analysis of the commercial offer, visits to Poland including meetings we produced a report showing that development of the site would take longer and cost more than being reported. This resulted in the company taking a less risky option of taking space already constructed and selling the site.
