Woolf, part of the Capita Symonds Group were appointed to construct this £100m development of a listed hotel and attached buildings into high end residential. The site overlooking Hyde Park had many challenges. The facades were listed and had to be retained, this was the largest façade retention project in Europe at its time.

The gardens were excavated to 4 storeys to construct gym and parking for residents. MCS were appointed to provide Programme and Construction Management support and independent progress monitoring.
