Woolf, part of the Capita Symonds Group were appointed to construct this £50m development on the edge of St Peter Port, Guernsey. The site had many challenges. The client required the site be developed in phases.

And ensuring the common areas were progressed without the neighbouring apartments was a challenge. MCS were appointed to provide Programme and Construction Management support and independent progress monitoring.
